Great stay with attentive staff who ensured we felt welcomed, even managing to accommodate our last-minute dinner request. The comfortable King room offered lovely amenities, including a walk-in shower and complimentary treats. Excellent dining experience with deliciously filling meals and a good drink selection. Would definitely return!

It has marvellous and handy setting to Scottish highlands. And it's near to restaurant, Airport and Scotland.

I had a very pleasant stay in a long time. Everything seemed perfect, caring staff, stunning rooms. The breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of exceptional food on offer. The service was very good in my opinion. Lucky me, got wake up calls free of charge too.
Its breakfast definitely has to be included in rate.

Dining was first class with superb service, staff were friendly no waiting time at all to speak about during courses.
The rooms were old, toilet seat was broken, walls to thin, noisy guests. I asked for porridge at breakfast, am still waiting, never saw it yet, if I have to pay £5.00 for a meal I'd expect to get the service asked for. Having a shower is dangerous, as there is not antislip mat, or grabrails, not suitable for the infirm.

I thought the room was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly.
I thought the breakfast service could be improved. While the waitress was friendly, we weren't asked if we would like more coffee or toast. Even if we didn't, it is nice to be asked. And the usual gripe, just four small milk portions in the room. Some of us don't like strong tea or coffee!!

Willingness to adjust booking when it was discovered that the hotel did not have the type of room that was advertised on Booked.net.
Difficult to leave and enter a busy highway that passed in front of the hotel.

I have used this hotel before but not to stay over it is very nice and friendly staff although I think the rooms could do with being updated and modernised
Unfortunately there was a fire alarm go off at 6am turned out to be a false alarm
